Autumn Tea Recipes

1. Apple Cinnamon Tea (classic & cozy)

Ingredients (for approx. 1 liter of blend):

• 3 tbsp dried apple pieces

• 1 tbsp rosehip peel

• 1 tsp cinnamon pieces or 1 cinnamon stick

• ½ tsp whole cloves

• 1 tsp dried orange peel

Preparation:
Pour boiling water over the blend and steep for 10–12 minutes. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste.

2. Pumpkin Spice Tea

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp dried pumpkin pieces or grated Hokkaido squash

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• ½ tsp dried ginger

• ¼ tsp nutmeg

• 1 tsp rooibos (as the base)

Preparation:
Pour boiling water over and steep for 10 minutes. Tastes especially creamy with a splash of oat milk.

3. Nut Caramel Tea (sweet & nutty)

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp roasted hazelnut shells or almond flakes

• 1 tbsp dried apple pieces

• 1 tsp cocoa shells

• ½ tsp vanilla bean (finely chopped or powdered)

• ½ tsp caramelized sugar (optional)

Preparation:
Pour hot water over and steep for 8–10 minutes. Perfect as a dessert tea.

4. Grape Rosemary Tea (fruity & autumnal)

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp dried grapes or raisins

• 1 tbsp hibiscus

• ½ tsp dried rosemary

• 1 tsp dried pear pieces

Preparation:
Pour boiling water over and steep for 10 minutes. Aromatic and slightly tart – a great tea for any time of day.

5. Sage Ginger Tea (warming & soothing)

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp dried sage leaves

• 1 tsp dried ginger

• ½ tsp fennel seeds

• 1 tsp lemon balm

• Optional: a slice of fresh lemon or honey for sweetness

Preparation:
Pour water heated to 90–100 °C over the blend and steep for 8–10 minutes. Ideal for chilly days or a sore throat.
