Ingredients:

  • 1 kg fresh strawberries

  • 700 g sugar

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation:
Wash and halve the strawberries. Mix with sugar and lemon juice and let sit for 2–3 hours. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30–40 minutes. Pour hot into sterilized jars.


2. Marmellata di arance (Italian Orange Marmalade)

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg organic oranges

  • 1 lemon

  • 800 g sugar

Preparation:
Thinly slice the fruits (including peel) and soak in water overnight. Cook slowly with sugar for 60–90 minutes until the peel softens and the consistency thickens. Fill hot into jars.


3. Gelatina d’uva (Italian Grape Jelly)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg ripe grapes

  • 500–600 g gelling sugar (2:1 ratio)

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation:
Mash the grapes and strain through a fine cloth or sieve. Bring the juice to a boil with sugar and lemon juice, boil for 4 minutes, then pour into sterilized jars.


4. Confettura di pesche e vaniglia (Peach & Vanilla Jam)

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg ripe peaches (peeled and pitted)

  • 600 g sugar

  • 1 vanilla bean

Preparation:
Chop peaches, mix with sugar and scraped vanilla seeds. Let sit overnight. Cook for 30–40 minutes until thickened. Fill into jars while hot.


5. Mermelada de cereza (Spanish Cherry Jam)

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg pitted cherries

  • 800 g sugar

  • Juice of ½ lemon

Preparation:
Combine cherries, sugar, and lemon juice. Let sit overnight. Cook on low for 40–50 minutes until thick. Blend slightly if desired. Fill hot into jars.
