Classic Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients (for 2 molds):

  • 500 ml milk

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • Vanilla bean or extract

Instructions:

  1. Heat milk with vanilla and sugar.

  2. Mix cornstarch with a bit of cold milk, then stir into hot mixture.

  3. Cook until thick, fill into your Polish pottery pudding molds, cool until set.

  4. Serve with fruit or caramel sauce.

 

Mini Vegetable Gratin

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini slices

  • Tomato slices

  • Grated cheese

  • Salt, pepper, herbs

Instructions:

  1. Layer vegetables in the mold.

  2. Season and top with cheese.

  3. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden.
