  • Food-safe and taste-neutral

  • Dishwasher and microwave safe

  • Oven and freezer resistant (–20 °C to +250 °C)

Measuring approximately 6 cm in height, weighing about 380 g, and featuring a compact base diameter of 5.5 cm, these bowls fit neatly in any cupboard while offering a generous 600 ml capacity – ideal for everything from cereals and soups to homemade aspics.

Their smooth, non-porous glaze makes them perfect for unmolding even delicate gelatin dishes like classic aspic or savory terrines.

5 Traditional Aspic Recipes – Perfect for These Bowls

Foundation: A Strong Homemade Broth
For every aspic, a rich, flavorful broth is key. Simmer soup bones and front cuts (from beef, pork, poultry, or fish trimmings) with bay leaves, peppercorns, onion, carrot, celery, and salt for 2–3 hours. Skim, strain, and reduce to about 1.2 liters. Dissolve 25 g of unflavored powdered gelatin in the hot broth – your aspic base is ready.

  1. Vegetable Aspic
Fill the bowl with cooked veggie strips (carrot, peas, bell pepper). Pour over clear gelatin broth and refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve with fresh herbs and vinaigrette.

  2. Fish Aspic
Shred 400 g of poached cod into pieces. Add capers, dill, and lemon zest. Pour over chilled fish broth with gelatin and refrigerate for 3 hours.

  3. Pork Aspic
Dice 300 g of cooked pork neck and layer with pickled onions and cucumber slices. Cover with rich gelatin broth and chill overnight.

  4. Beef Aspic
Use 300 g of cooked beef shoulder. Add chopped parsley and a spoon of horseradish. Fill with broth and chill for 6 hours. Serve with lingonberry sauce.

  5. Poultry Aspic
Tear 350 g of cooked chicken meat and mix with peas and corn. Pour over gelatinized chicken broth and chill for 4 hours. To unmold, briefly dip the bowl in warm water.
