Weronika Buldalczyk

The artist has been connected with the Artistic Handicraft Cooperative "Artistic Ceramics and Pottery" since 1993, whereas since 1997 she has been a pat-tern designer.

In my work as a pattern designer I find most inspiration in the incessant combination of the tradition and the novelty. After all stoneware is a material of strictly defined decoration canons. However, what I find interesting is enriching traditional patterns with modern motives for this may result in a truly original and unique deco-ration.
