This reclassification is based solely on minor aesthetic variations, such as:

• or the piece has simply been on display for a while.

All items remain fully functional and keep all of their known qualities:
They are food safe, oven safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe — just like first-quality pieces.

Because B-stock arises naturally during inspection rather than being produced intentionally, these items are often unique singles or available only in very small quantities.
It is also common that the original first-quality sticker is still attached underneath, showing that the regrading happens only at our final visual quality check.
