“I start the decoration process by drawing and cutting fine stamps. Decorating with stamps combined with applying a wide palette of colours makes it possible to create extremely interesting ornaments and give ordinary vessels decorative qualities. I most often turn to plant motifs, which can be arranged again and again in colourful decorations. Firing, an hours-long process, requires patient waiting for the final result, but it is also a time to check current progress.” – Teresa Liana
