Tea Recipes – Create Your Own Blends

1. Apple Cinnamon Tea

Ingredients (for approx. 1 liter of mix):

• 4 tbsp dried apple pieces

• 2 tbsp dried rosehip shells

• 2 cinnamon sticks, crushed

• 1 tbsp dried orange peel

• ½ tsp whole cloves

Preparation:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Pour boiling water over the herbs and steep for 10 minutes.

2. Ginger Orange Spice Tea

Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp dried orange peel

• 2 tbsp dried ginger pieces

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• ½ tsp cardamom seeds

• ½ tsp anise seeds

Preparation:
Use 1 teaspoon per cup. Pour boiling water over and steep for 7–10 minutes.

3. Winter Herb Tea with Thyme & Sage

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp thyme

• 2 tbsp sage

• 2 tbsp linden blossoms

• 1 tbsp fennel seeds

• 1 tbsp lemon verbena

Preparation:
Use 1 teaspoon per cup. Pour hot water (approx. 90 °C) over and steep for 5–7 minutes.

• ½ tsp black pepper
