Summer tea recipes

1. Lemon-Mint Tea (classic & refreshing)
   Ingredients for approx. 1 L blend

   • 3 tbsp peppermint (dried or fresh)

   • 2 tbsp lemon verbena

   • 1 tbsp dried lemon zest

   • 1 tsp lemon balm

   Preparation
   Use 1 tsp per cup. Pour over 90 °C water and steep for 7 min. Serve chilled with ice cubes and a slice of lemon.

2. Peach-Rosemary Tea (fruity & slightly tart)
   Ingredients

   • 3 tbsp dried peach pieces or blossoms

   • 1 tbsp rose-hip shells

   • ½ tsp dried rosemary

   • 1 tsp hibiscus

   Preparation
   Pour boiling water over the mixture, steep for 10 min, strain, and cool. Delicious with a little honey and fresh peach slices.

3. Green Tea with Melon & Mint
   Ingredients

   • 1 tbsp green tea (e.g. Sencha)

   • 2 tbsp dried melon pieces or a handful of fresh

   • 1 tbsp peppermint

   • ½ tsp lemongrass

   Preparation
   Brew with 80 °C water for 2–3 min. Ideal as iced tea – serve well chilled with fresh mint.

4. Summer Berry Tea (cold & intense)
   Ingredients

   • 2 tbsp dried strawberries

   • 1 tbsp raspberries

   • 1 tbsp rose-hip shells

   • 1 tsp hibiscus flowers

   • 1 tsp apple pieces

   Preparation
   Pour boiling water over, steep for 10 min, let cool, and serve in a glass with a few fresh berries.

5. Cucumber-Basil Tea (distinctive & mild)
   Ingredients

   • 1 tbsp dried cucumber slices (or add fresh when brewing)

   • 1 tbsp lemon verbena

   • 1 tsp dried basil

   • ½ tsp spearmint

   Preparation
   Pour hot water over the blend and steep for 7 min. Excellent served cold with ice, fresh cucumber slices, and a basil leaf.
