Christian Kindervater se formó como cocinero profesional y adquirió muchos años de experiencia como jefe de cocina, cocinero independiente y chef para eventos en el sector de la hostelería. Así nació una estrecha conexión entre la alta gastronomía y la cerámica funcional.

La cerámica de Bolesławiec ha demostrado su calidad en el uso diario, desde cocinas industriales y servicios de catering hasta el ámbito clínico y la gastronomía de alto nivel. Christian Kindervater también adquirió valiosas experiencias a través de numerosos encuentros con el chef con estrella Michelin Lothar Beck, del restaurante Altes Forsthaus Beck en Lingen (Emsland).

La calidad, la satisfacción de nuestros clientes y la preservación de la auténtica artesanía han sido el centro de nuestra actividad durante generaciones.
