La artista está vinculada a la cooperativa artesanal "Cerámica y Alfarería Artística" desde 1980 y trabaja como diseñadora de patrones desde 1994.

Las inspiraciones artísticas provienen de la imaginación. Es una fuerza enorme que las personas llevan dentro. A través de la imaginación, uno puede desarrollar su sensibilidad y la capacidad de ver la belleza en el mundo. Solo hay que dejarse llevar, y el proceso artístico comienza automáticamente.

Otro momento decisivo es trasladar el mundo imaginado a un material concreto. En ese punto, son imprescindibles las habilidades y la experiencia. Tanto la imaginación como la técnica requieren un desarrollo personal continuo.

La empresa mayorista de cerámica polaca «Einzigartig» de Rheine ha sido, durante más de 25 años, un socio cercano y diseñador de formas para dos talleres de cerámica polacos.

El bisabuelo del actual CEO, Christian Kindervater, era maestro alfarero y tenía su propio taller en Silesia: Gustav Laske.
