The thick ceramic walls keep drinks warm or cold for longer, and the hand-painted designs create a festive and welcoming atmosphere. These jugs are ideal for preparing homemade vegan milk without additives – full of natural flavor.

All recipes below are designed for 1 liter and use only organic, high-quality ingredients. For sweetening, we use coconut blossom sugar from the rainforest (available in organic stores), which adds a gentle caramel flavor that pairs perfectly with vegan organic dark chocolate.

 

1. Rice Milk

Ingredients:

  • 100 g organic wholegrain rice

  • 1 L filtered water

  • 1–2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Rinse rice well, then cook in 500 ml water for about 40 minutes.

  2. Add remaining water and blend until smooth.

  3. Strain through a nut milk bag or fine cloth.

  4. Stir in sugar and salt. Serve warm or cold.

 

2. Coconut Milk

Ingredients:

  • 150 g organic shredded coconut

  • 1 L hot filtered water

  • 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar

Instructions:

  1. Soak shredded coconut in hot water for 10 minutes.

  2. Blend thoroughly.

  3. Strain through nut milk bag.

  4. Sweeten and serve.

 

3. Oat Milk

Ingredients:

  • 100 g organic fine oats

  • 1 L cold filtered water

  • 1–2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Soak oats in water for 30 minutes.

  2. Blend briefly (to avoid sliminess).

  3. Strain, sweeten, and add salt.

 

4. Nut Milk (e.g., Hazelnut)

Ingredients:

  • 150 g organic hazelnuts (soaked overnight)

  • 1 L filtered water

  • 1–2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar

Instructions:

  1. Drain nuts, blend with fresh water.

  2. Strain through cloth or nut milk bag.

  3. Sweeten to taste.

 

5. Soy Milk

Ingredients:

  • 100 g organic soybeans (soaked overnight)

  • 1 L water

  • 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar

Instructions:

  1. Drain soybeans, blend with water.

  2. Boil for 20 minutes (must be thoroughly heated).

  3. Strain and sweeten.

 

6. Almond Milk

Ingredients:

  • 150 g organic almonds (soaked overnight)

  • 1 L filtered water

  • 1–2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar

Instructions:

  1. Peel almonds (skins slip off after soaking).

  2. Blend with water, strain, and sweeten.

 

Tip: Any of these can be transformed into luxury vegan cocoa by adding 50–70 g vegan organic dark chocolate (70% cocoa) and melting it into the warm milk.
