Primero, la cerámica se embala de manera segura y a prueba de roturas, tal como se hace para un envío estándar.
Después, ese mismo embalaje interno se envuelve a mano como regalo, utilizando papel de regalo de calidad, cintas y detalles decorativos.
Finalmente, el regalo envuelto se coloca dentro de una segunda caja exterior, para que la presentación llegue intacta y perfecta.

Este proceso requiere más tiempo y materiales adicionales:
La persona encargada emplea 10–20 minutos extra y utiliza papel de regalo, cinta y una caja adicional, con un coste aproximado de 5–10 €.
En total, el proceso supone unos 12–20 €, de los cuales solo una parte se transfiere al precio final.

La empresa mayorista de cerámica polaca «Einzigartig» de Rheine ha sido, durante más de 25 años, un socio cercano y diseñador de formas para dos talleres de cerámica polacos.

El bisabuelo del actual CEO, Christian Kindervater, era maestro alfarero y tenía su propio taller en Silesia: Gustav Laske.
