  • 300 ml fresh organic whole milk (min. 3.8% fat)

  • 150 ml organic cream

  • 80 g high-quality dark chocolate (70–75% cocoa)

  • 2–3 tsp coconut blossom sugar (to taste)

  • 1 pinch sea salt

Method:

  1. Gently heat the milk and cream in a small saucepan (do not boil).

  2. Roughly chop the chocolate and add it to the warm milk mixture.

  3. Stir constantly until the chocolate has completely melted and the drink is creamy.

  4. Add coconut blossom sugar and a pinch of sea salt to taste.

  5. Pour into the pre-warmed Polish pottery jug and serve immediately.

 

Recipe 2 – Creamy Milk Chocolate Cocoa

 

Ingredients (for 500 ml Polish pottery jug):

  • 300 ml fresh organic whole milk (min. 3.8% fat)

  • 150 ml organic cream

  • 100 g high-quality milk chocolate (min. 35% cocoa)

  • 1–2 tsp coconut blossom sugar (depending on chocolate sweetness)

  • ½ tsp real bourbon vanilla (powder or freshly scraped)

Method:

  1. Gently heat the milk and cream in a saucepan.

  2. Finely chop the milk chocolate and stir it in until fully melted.

  3. Add coconut blossom sugar and vanilla to taste.

  4. Pour into the Polish pottery jug and serve warm.

 

Tip: Both recipes can be enhanced with a dash of cinnamon or freshly grated nutmeg for extra aroma.
