Recipes & Nutritional Information (for 1 L juice)

 

1. Dark Grape Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg organic dark grapes

  • 150 ml water (optional)

  • 1–2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar (optional)

Method:

  1. Wash grapes and remove stems.

  2. Heat gently with water for 10 minutes without boiling.

  3. Strain juice through a fine cloth.

  4. Pour into a chilled juice jug.

2. White Grape Juice

Ingredients:
