Fine Dining at Home – Recipe for 4 Persons (Organic Ingredients)

 Pan-Fried Sea Bream with Mediterranean Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients (organic):

  • 4 sea bream fillets
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh thyme & rosemary
  • 1 lemon
  • sea salt, black pepper

Preparation:
Cut the vegetables into pieces, mix with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper, and roast in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Pan-fry the sea bream fillets skin-side down until crispy, then turn and finish with a splash of lemon juice.

Arrange the roasted vegetables in the center of the oval platter and place the fish fillets on top. Garnish with fresh herbs.

Result:
