Gốm Sứ Bolesławiec với Truyền Thống Lâu Đời

Trong gần 30 năm qua, Einzigartig Grosshandel tại Rheine, Đức, đã là đối tác thân thiết và nhà thiết kế khuôn mẫu cho hai xưởng gốm sứ truyền thống tại Bolesławiec, Ba Lan.

Với vai trò là chuyên gia về gốm sứ thủ công Bolesławiec và đồ gốm đá Ba Lan chất lượng cao, chúng tôi kết hợp nghệ thuật thủ công truyền thống với các kiểu dáng độc quyền, họa tiết độc đáo và kinh nghiệm tích lũy qua nhiều thập kỷ.

Truyền thống gốm sứ của chúng tôi có lịch sử hơn 150 năm: Gustav Laske, cụ cố của giám đốc điều hành hiện nay Christian Kindervater, là một nghệ nhân gốm bậc thầy sở hữu xưởng sản xuất riêng.

Christian Kindervater được đào tạo chuyên nghiệp trong lĩnh vực đầu bếp và đã tích lũy nhiều năm kinh nghiệm với vai trò bếp trưởng, đầu bếp cá nhân và đầu bếp sự kiện trong ngành ẩm thực. Chính từ đó đã hình thành mối liên kết chặt chẽ giữa nghệ thuật ẩm thực cao cấp và gốm sứ chức năng.

Gốm sứ Bolesławiec đã chứng minh được chất lượng vượt trội trong sử dụng hằng ngày – từ các bếp công nghiệp, dịch vụ tiệc, môi trường y tế và lâm sàng cho đến các nhà hàng cao cấp. Christian Kindervater cũng tích lũy được nhiều kinh nghiệm quý báu thông qua các cuộc gặp gỡ với đầu bếp đạt sao Michelin Lothar Beck của nhà hàng Altes Forsthaus Beck tại Lingen (Emsland).
