Receita gourmet para 4 pessoas (ingredientes biológicos)

 Filete de dourada com legumes mediterrânicos assados

Ingredientes (biológicos):

  • 4 filetes de dourada
  • 1 curgete
  • 1 beringela
  • 2 pimentos
  • 200 g tomates cherry
  • 2 colheres de sopa de azeite
  • tomilho e alecrim frescos
  • 1 limão
  • sal marinho, pimenta

Preparação:
Corte os legumes em pedaços, misture com azeite, ervas, sal e pimenta e leve ao forno a 180 °C durante cerca de 25 minutos. Frite os filetes de dourada com a pele para baixo até ficarem crocantes, vire-os e finalize com sumo de limão.

Disponha os legumes no centro do prato oval e coloque o peixe por cima. Decore com ervas frescas.

Resultado:
Um prato leve e elegante de alta cozinha – perfeitamente apresentado numa travessa sofisticada.
