A cerâmica é resistente a ácidos, segura para uso alimentar e pode ser lavada na máquina de lavar louça. O cone profundo com sulcos permite extrair o máximo de suco — ideal para chás, molhos, drinks ou pratos com peixe.

???? Receita: Salmão Curado (Gravlax) para 4 pessoas

Lista de compras:

  • ½ filé de salmão (cerca de 600 g, sem pele nem espinhas)

  • 1 limão orgânico (espremido com o "Classic Mini")

  • 50 g de sal marinho grosso

  • 40 g de açúcar mascavo

  • ½ colher de chá de pimenta-do-reino moída grossa

  • 1 maço de endro fresco

  • 1 colher de sopa de gim ou vodca (opcional)

Modo de preparo:

  1. Misture o suco de limão com o sal, o açúcar, a pimenta e o endro picado. Acrescente o gim, se desejar.

  2. Seque o salmão e coloque-o em um recipiente com a parte da carne para cima.

  3. Espalhe a marinada uniformemente sobre o peixe e pressione levemente.

  4. Cubra com filme plástico, coloque um peso por cima e leve à geladeira por 24 horas.

  5. Enxágue, seque e fatie em lâminas finas. Sirva com pão escuro, molho de mostarda com endro e um toque de limão fresco espremido com seu espremedor de cerâmica.
