Puolalaista keramiikkaa perinteitä kunnioittaen

Bunzlauergrosshandel Einzigartig Rheinessä on ollut lähes 30 vuoden ajan läheinen yhteistyökumppani ja muotoilujen kehittäjä kahdelle perinteikkäälle puolalaisen keramiikan valmistajalle Bolesławiecissa.

Käsintehdyn puolalaisen keramiikan ja korkealaatuisen puolalaisen kivitavaran asiantuntijana yhdistämme perinteisen käsityötaidon ainutlaatuisiin muotoihin, koristeluihin ja vuosikymmenten kokemukseen.

Keramiikkaperinteemme ulottuvat yli 150 vuoden taakse: nykyisen toimitusjohtajan Christian Kindervaterin isoisoisä Gustav Laske oli mestaripotteri, jolla oli oma työpajansa.

Christian Kindervater kouluttautui kokiksi ja työskenteli vuosien ajan keittiöpäällikkönä, pääkokkina ja tapahtumakokkina erilaisissa ravintola-alan yrityksissä. Näin syntyi vahva yhteys korkeatasoisen gastronomian ja toimivan keramiikan välille.

Puolalainen keramiikka osoitti arvonsa päivittäisessä käytössä – suurkeittiöissä, catering-palveluissa, terveydenhuollon ympäristöissä sekä korkeatasoisissa ravintoloissa. Merkittävää kokemusta Christian Kindervater sai myös lukuisista tapaamisista Michelin-tähdellä palkitun keittiömestari Lothar Beckin kanssa Alten Forsthaus Beck -ravintolassa Lingessä (Emsland).

Laatu, asiakastyytyväisyys ja aidon käsityötaidon vaaliminen ovat olleet toimintamme keskiössä sukupolvien ajan.
