食谱：米兰风味芦笋（有机）

 食材（2–3人份）

  • 1 公斤有机芦笋（白或绿）
  • 2 个有机鸡蛋
  • 50 克有机黄油
  • 50 克新鲜刨碎的有机帕玛森芝士
  • 2 汤匙有机橄榄油
  • 盐和胡椒
  • 可选：少量有机柠檬汁

 

 

 

 做法

  1. 白芦笋去皮，在盐水中煮约 10–15 分钟。
  2. 鸡蛋煮至半熟（约 6–7 分钟），去壳切碎。
  3. 黄油加热至微微焦香。
  4. 将芦笋放入陶瓷碗中。
  5. 撒上鸡蛋碎与帕玛森芝士。
  6. 淋上热黄油，加入盐、胡椒和少许柠檬汁调味。
  7. 盖上盖子上桌，保持温度与风味。
